From a young age, I have loved helping people become versions of themselves that they never thought that they could be. Life often presents itself with unexpected challenges that, at times we need help navigating through and that is where I come in. Struggles are normal, and sometimes we just need a little help to weather through some of life’s tougher seasons. I come from a client-centered, positive psychology and solution focused background, which allows me to take a collaborative approach to therapy with my clients. I often find that with encouragement, empathy, compassion, a genuine sense of care, and a dash of directness, my clients and I have been able to find long-lasting outcomes for my clients. I love my career, and I am thankful that I am able to do something that I am so truly passionate about.
Outside of the office, you will find me with my family at parks and running around at the zoo or anything to do with the water (our toddlers tend to keep us pretty busy). I love to cook and find fun new restaurants to try in my spare time. I also love being a mom, so I am known to spend a little too much time walking around Target looking for fun activities for my family to do during the winter months.

I believe clients are the agent of change in therapy and encourage clients to view themselves as an active participant in their own change process. Clients can expect a safe, compassionate, and empathetic experience that will help them find fulfillment, feel empowered, and create meaningful, long-lasting change.
Outside of the office, you will find me spending time with family, my dog, in nature, or enjoying good food. On a nice day, getting outdoors for a walk is one of my favorite ways to spend my time.
