CAREERS

Lakeville Behavioral Health is a mental health practice focused not only on providing the best treatment for our clients but also on inspiring the clinicians we partner with.

Our clinicians are independently contracted and come from various backgrounds, allowing them the freedom to work collaboratively and connect on their specialties. We are always looking to connect with clinicians that may be a good fit for our team and would love to be in contact if you think that’s you!
As independent contractors, our clinicians share an interest in helping clients make tangible changes in their lives, desiring to work with others who feel the same way. We value authenticity and working together to deliver our clients the highest quality care. If you are seeking greater independence, flexibility, income, and collaboration but still want full administrative support, LBH may be the place for you!
Jill, our Clinical Director, is passionate about helping clinicians create and elevate their private practice while highlighting the benefits of working within an independent contractor model. She happily offers mentorship and has had the great pleasure of guiding many clinicians that are new to our model of providing services or have not previously experienced the benefits of working as an independent contractor.
We offer full administrative support and flexibility, emphasizing that work is only one part of our clinicians’ lives. We value a healthy work-life balance and encourage our clinicians to explore that.

We provide:

  • A steady stream of client referrals
  • Generous split & bonus opportunities
  • Flexibility of schedule
  • Fully integrated EHR
  • Consultation opportunities
  • Office space

Our amazing administrative team handles:

  • Scheduling
  • Insurance billing
  • Patient payments
  • Client communication
  • Marketing
  • Records requests
  • Provide a welcoming environment & friendly face upon check-in!

We believe taking great care of our team members allows them to provide the best possible care for our clients.

Preferred candidates are independently licensed in Minnesota as a LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC and have at least two (2) years of experience providing therapy in outpatient settings.
We are also open to pre-licensed clinicians joining our team.
