Dale Lokkesmoe, M.A.

Dale has over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples. He has extensive experience in relationship issues, chemical abuse, anxiety issues and adolescent issues. Dale also provides a Christian integrative perspective for those who want their faith to be a key part of their counseling experience. He received his B.A. in Chemistry from St.Olaf College in Northfield, MN and his M.A. in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis.

Scott Farmer, M.S., M.Ed

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Scott has worked in the medical field since 1993. He has extensive experience working in exercise physiology, sports medicine, sports psychology and neurobiology.  Scott’s specialties and interests also include attachment, mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, chemical addictions, anxiety and related disorders, sexual addictions and compulsion, biofeedback, and trauma.  Scott provides services to adolescents 13 and older, adults and couples.  Scott obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in Exercise Physiology and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He also received his M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

Denise Hein-Bolten, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Denise has over 15 years experience with individuals, couples and families. She is a Certified Christian Counselor and has been trained in the Gottman Couples Method of Therapy and also Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Her specialties include couples and communication issues, blended and multi-ethnic families. Denise also is a specialist in women’s issues including eating disorders, depression, anxiety and panic disorders. Denise helps clients create safe envrionments and develop strong, assertive, respectful and validating voices. As clients desire, she will intertwine sound psychologicial theory with faith-based therapy. Denise earned her Master’s Degree from Bethel Seminary, St. Paul, MN in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Aria Seager, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Aria has worked with children, youth and families for the last 15 years in various settings. She has extensive experience working with individuals, children, and families who have been impacted by trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking and sexual assault. Aria has a passion for working with individuals and turning struggle into strength, and difficulties into wisdom. Aria utilizes mindfulness, narrative, experiential and strength based approaches. Aria received her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota in Family Social Science.

Leanne Ravey, Psy.D.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Dr. Ravey has over 15 years experience providing therapy to a variety of clients including adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. Her strengths lie in her ability to provide a safe and empathic environment to explore difficult issues that create barriers in one’s life. Her specialties include trauma and attachment issues, relationships, self-awareness, depression, anxiety, life transitions & family and parenting issues. Leanne has advanced training in psychodynamic, attachment and family systems therapies, as well as EMDR and mind-body therapies. Dr. Ravey received her Doctoral Degree in Psychology at the University of St. Thomas, her MA in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and an MEd in Adult Education and BS in Psychology from Colorado State University.

Kelly Dusbabek, M.A.

Kelly has over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. She has extensive experience in treating client’s with anxiety disorders, relationship issues, parenting concerns, attachment issues, behavioral problems, substance abuse, life transitions, and trauma. Kelly utilizes an integrative and directive approach with her clients while applying the use of therapy models CBT, EMDR, DBT, Play Therapy, Filial Therapy. Kelly has her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University.

Andre Heuer D.Min.

Dr. Andre Heuer has 35 years of experience providing competent and compassionate interactive psychotherapy. He is committed to helping you tap into your inner resources and to develop the skills to overcome your challenges and reach your mental health goals. He works with adults, late adolescents, young adults, and couples contending with anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, anger, illness, grief, life transitions, and the harm caused by addictions. Dr. Heuer has a special commitment to support individuals facing chronic and acute illness, first responders, and health care providers. He is sensitive to the role faith, spirituality, culture and ethnicity play in his client’s life. He is trained in mind/body, imagery, narrative, cognitive behavioral, and trauma therapies. Dr. Heuer has a master’s in pastoral psychology and a doctorate focused on men’s lives and their spirituality.

Catherine Burke M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Catherine provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Catherine specializes in autism, anxiety, ADHD, depression, sand tray, play therapy and self-regulation. Catherine works to empower her clients to be self-aware and builds a relationship with them using respect, empathy and laughter. Catherine has her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University and her B.A. in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict.

Michelle Rude M.A.

Michelle has over 12 years experience providing services to adolescents,  adults, and couples.  She works with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, adolescent struggles, coping with stress, family issues, transitions, marital concerns, parenting, anger, shame, and low self-esteem.  She is also able to integrate faith during the therapeutic process.  Michelle provides a place for clients to sift through difficulties in life, gaining new insights and skills to experience a more fulfilling life.  Michelle received her Masters of Art in Professional Counseling from Colorado Christian University and her Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

Katie deRegnier M.Ed.

Katie has 5 years experience in the mental health field. Her experience includes a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, life changes, parenting struggles and family or relationship conflict. Katie establishes a good foundation and relationship with her clients in order to share a bond of trust and acceptance. She incorporates skills which help her clients to understand themselves better, as well as give them coping strategies for relief along the way. Her goal is to create awareness, hope and change so that clients feel more equipped to enjoy a happy and fulfilling life. Katie has her Master of Education in Counselor Education from Pennsylvania State University and her Bachelor of Arts from UWSP.

Lisa Lorimer Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Lisa works with a variety of client issues treating adolescents, couples and familes. She has expertise in trauma, addiction issues and chronic pain. Lisa believes people are inherently gifted, searching for the paths they need to heal themselves. She collaborates to create new solutions and stories for her clients. Lisa uses CBT, relaxation, journaling, psychodynamic approaches, and holistic approaches including sensorimotor therapy for trauma. She has devoted much of her life to the study of various forms of spirituality, including yoga, relaxation techniques, meditation and Tai Chi. She has worked in hospital settings, counseling centers, a chemical dependency treatment facility and in private practice. Lisa received her Doctorate of Psychology from MSPP. She is a member of the Minnesota Psychological Association.

Kacy Vonruden M.A.

Kacy specializes in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, attachment issues, and life transition difficulties. She works with adolescents ages 14 and up, families, couples and individual adults. Kacy strives to help clients practice self-care and empathy, implement positive lifestyle changes, and develop new and healthier ways to communicate. She believes in creating a comfortable therapeutic environment where exploration and change can occur. Kacy is trained in EMDR. Kacy has her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University and her B.A. in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota.

Jill Pritchard M.A.

Jill has over 15 years of experience providing services to youth, individuals, and families. She works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting issues, chronic illness and domestic violience. In particular, Jill has a passion for helping teens and young adults make life transitions and helping couples reconnect. She works with adolescents ages 12 and up, adults, couples and families. Jill received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Linda Lehmann M.A.

Linda has over 20 years experience treating couples, adults and young adults who are having difficult life challenges. These include discord and disappointments in couples relationships, anxiety and depression, struggles with peer and family relationships, chronic health conditions or end of life crises, stresses related to parenting, and coping with the pain of divorce. She has expertise in grief and traumatic loss for all age levels. She helps clients heal from pain in body, mind and spirit. She was one of the founders of the Center for Grief, Loss and Transition in St. Paul, MN and Bereavement Coordinator for Children’s Hospitals in MN. Linda is a frequent trainer and speaker around topics related to grief, loss, trauma and chronic illness. Linda received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s Univeristy.

Paula Becker M.A.

Paula provides treatment to adults and couples on a wide range of personal and relational issues. She is dedicated to creating an environment in which people experience wholeness, balance and inner peace in their lives. Her work has special emphasis on unconditional love and forgiveness for self and others. Paula’s work involves nurture, challenge and guidance to assist people to become more real. She believes that when the counseling process engages both heart and mind, the Spirit enters allowing deep healing to occur. She has done extensive training in Mind, Body, Spirit approaches and frequently draws on them in her work. Paula received her Master of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Kevin Blonigen M.A.

Kevin specializes in the assessment and treatment of complex and problematic family systems. Much of his work is with children and adolescents in reducing negative behavior. He has expertise in ADHD, anxiety and other impulse disorders. He assists parents in understanding and working with their children’s needs and behaviors. He also works with couples and individuals. Kevin treats families by changing the pattern in which they interact. He believes individuals are resourceful and resilient in their current situation. A goal of individual therapy is to align a person’s thoughts and behavior. Kevin received a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Alfred Adler Graduate School.

Amanda Ungs M.A.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Amanda works with adolescents, adults, and young adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, eating disorders, and  phase of life/adjustment concerns. Amanda enjoys working with individuals in areas of identity development, working through life transitions, developing positive coping mechanisms, and practicing self-care. Amanda utilizes a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creativity with clients. Amanda has a B.A in Biology and Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University.

Schyler Benson-Studer M.A.


Schyler has over 8 years of experience working with children, youth, individuals, and families. She specializes in depression, anxiety, grief/loss, divorce, parenting issues, chronic and terminal illness, life transitions, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. She utilizes CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, self-regulation, and Play Therapy. Her experience includes outpatient therapy and CTSS intentive in-home therapy. Schyler has a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family from the University of Northwestern and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University.

Nergis Petersen M.A.

Nergis genuinely cares for people and helping anyone toward a more positive place in their life. She is non-judgmental, positive and attentive to each person’s uniqueness. She works with adolescents, children and their families, individuals and couples. She specializes in anxiety management, depression, trauma, informed care, relationships, parenting support, life transitions, grief and self- awareness. She utilizes positive therapy, strength-based and stress reduction skills in a systems approach toward healthy outcomes. She uses a compassionate, collaborative approach and seeks to provide guidance and encouragement for healthy relationships with self and others. Nergis received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University.
