Jill has over 15 years of experience providing services to youth, individuals, and families. She works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting issues, chronic illness and domestic violence. Jill is passionate about helping people identify their authentic self, improve their health, and increase connection. She works with adults, couples and families and utilizes mindfulness, narrative, experiential, and strength-based approaches. Jill received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she is a trained EMDR therapist.

Scott Farmer

Scott Farmer, M.S., M.Ed

Scott has worked in the medical field since 1993. He has extensive experience working in exercise physiology, sports medicine, sports psychology and neurobiology.  Scott’s specialties and interests also include attachment, mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, chemical addictions, anxiety and related disorders, sexual addictions and compulsion, biofeedback, and trauma.  Scott provides services to adolescents 13 and older, adults and couples.  Scott obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in Exercise Physiology and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He also received his M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

Rebecca Ellmann, M.A.

Rebecca has 5 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families in a variety of mental health settings. Her experience includes working with mental health issues including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. She is passionate about working with young children, adolescents, and families to focus on behavioral concerns, attention concerns, difficulties with anxiety or worries, parenting difficulties, and supporting life transitions. Rebecca utilizes an integrative approach with clients and empowers clients to lead happier and healthier lives. Rebecca received her Masters of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University, and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Winona State University.

Lindsay Hjermstad, M.S.W.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Lindsay works with children, adolescents, families, adults, and couples. She has a passion for helping children and, especially for helping their parents navigate the difficulties of raising children with challenging behavior, while supporting a positive parent/child relationship. Lindsay has training in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Circle of Security, Conscious Discipline, and has experience in providing in-home and outpatient services for families. Her approach to therapy is a holistic view and is anchored in systems theory. She commonly leverages the strengths of families and their support systems such as culture, and community to help individuals rebuild and sustain balance within their lives. Lindsay received her master’s degree from University of St. Thomas in Clinical Social Work. In her free time, she spends time traveling and enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Leanne Ravey

Leanne Ravey, Psy.D.

Dr. Ravey has over 15 years experience providing therapy to a variety of clients including adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. Her strengths lie in her ability to provide a safe and empathic environment to explore difficult issues that create barriers in one’s life. Her specialties include trauma and attachment issues, relationships, self-awareness, depression, anxiety, life transitions & family and parenting issues. Leanne has advanced training in psychodynamic, attachment and family systems therapies, as well as EMDR and mind-body therapies. Dr. Ravey received her Doctoral Degree in Psychology at the University of St. Thomas, her MA in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and an MEd in Adult Education and BS in Psychology from Colorado State University.

Kelly Dusbabek

Kelly has over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. She has extensive experience in treating client’s with anxiety disorders, relationship issues, parenting concerns, attachment issues, behavioral problems, substance abuse, life transitions, and trauma. Kelly utilizes an integrative and directive approach with her clients while applying the use of therapy models CBT, EMDR, DBT, Play Therapy, Filial Therapy. Kelly has her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University.

Andre Heuer

Dr. Heuer’s promise is to show up, roll up his sleeves and work with you to find resolutions for your mental health challenges and to acquire the life skills necessary to accomplish your goals. For the last fifteen years he has provided therapy for adults, adolescents 17+, young adults and couples. He’s worked with people contending with anxiety, trauma, abuse, spiritual abuse, marriage and relationship struggles, anger, life transitions, and the harm caused by addictions. He is especially interested in supporting individuals facing chronic and acute illness, death, dying or grief issues and serving the first responders and medical professionals who care for them. He is trained in mind/body, narrative, cognitive behavioral, and trauma therapies. He has taught life skills in corrections and counseling skills in Liberia and Thailand; worked as a crisis counselor and provided pastoral care within a church. He has a Master of Pastoral Psychology and a Doctor of Ministry.

Catherine has over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families. She specializes in anxiety, depression, attachment, self-esteem, grief, trauma, communication issues, life transitions, family conflict, and relationships issues. Catherine is a strength-based, person-centered therapist who works with clients to deepen connection and purpose while improving their well-being through self-care, mindfulness, and personal awareness. Catherine is trained in EMDR, sand tray, and mindfulness.  Catherine works to empower her clients to be self-aware and builds a relationship with them using respect, compassion, empathy, and laughter. Catherine has her B.A. in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict and her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University.

Michelle Rud

Michelle has over 12 years experience providing services to adolescents,  adults, and couples.  She works with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, adolescent struggles, coping with stress, family issues, transitions, marital concerns, parenting, anger, shame, and low self-esteem.  She is also able to integrate faith during the therapeutic process.  Michelle provides a place for clients to sift through difficulties in life, gaining new insights and skills to experience a more fulfilling life.  Michelle received her Masters of Art in Professional Counseling from Colorado Christian University and her Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

Heidi has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings. She is passionate about working on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, parenting, autism, and grief & loss. She uses play as an integral part of engaging and working with her clients, while building trust and confidence in making positive changes in their lives. She has had specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Heidi received her B.A. in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College and her Master’s in Counseling from Marquette University.

Lisa Lorimer

Lisa Lorimer, Psy.D.

Lisa works with a variety of client issues treating adolescents, couples and familes. She has expertise in trauma, addiction issues and chronic pain. Lisa believes people are inherently gifted, searching for the paths they need to heal themselves. She collaborates to create new solutions and stories for her clients. Lisa uses CBT, relaxation, journaling, psychodynamic approaches, and holistic approaches including sensorimotor therapy for trauma. She has devoted much of her life to the study of various forms of spirituality, including yoga, relaxation techniques, meditation and Tai Chi. She has worked in hospital settings, counseling centers, a chemical dependency treatment facility and in private practice. Lisa received her Doctorate of Psychology from MSPP. She is a member of the Minnesota Psychological Association.

She knows that sometimes life presents challenges and she strives to genuinely care for her clients, to help them manage and overcome these challenges. Ashley works with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. She specializes in treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, stress management, and trauma. She comes from a background in positive psychology and solution-focused therapy, which allows her to take a collaborative approach with her clients. Ashley has found that with encouragement, empathy, compassion, and a genuine sense of care for her clients, they, together are able to find healthy and long-lasting outcomes. Ashley received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of St. Thomas.

Laura Abrass

Laura utilizes a client-centered, collaborative, and integrative approach to support, build trust and empower clients to make positive changes while navigating life’s challenges. She has specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and applies a variety of therapeutic approaches (CBT, trauma-informed, attachment, family systems) in her work with clients. Laura received her Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine’s University, and her Bachelor of Science in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Linda Lehmann

Linda has over 20 years experience treating couples, adults and young adults who are having difficult life challenges. These include discord and disappointments in couples relationships, anxiety and depression, struggles with peer and family relationships, chronic health conditions or end of life crises, stresses related to parenting, and coping with the pain of divorce. She has expertise in grief and traumatic loss for all age levels. She helps clients heal from pain in body, mind and spirit. She was one of the founders of the Center for Grief, Loss and Transition in St. Paul, MN and Bereavement Coordinator for Children’s Hospitals in MN. Linda is a frequent trainer and speaker around topics related to grief, loss, trauma and chronic illness. Linda received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University.

Paula Becker

Paula provides treatment to adults and couples on a wide range of personal and relational issues. She is dedicated to creating an environment in which people experience wholeness, balance and inner peace in their lives. Her work has special emphasis on unconditional love and forgiveness for self and others. Paula’s work involves nurture, challenge and guidance to assist people to become more real. She believes that when the counseling process engages both heart and mind, the Spirit enters allowing deep healing to occur. She has done extensive training in Mind, Body, Spirit approaches and frequently draws on them in her work. Paula received her Master of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Kevin Blonigen

Kevin specializes in the assessment and treatment of complex and problematic family systems. Much of his work is with children and adolescents in reducing negative behavior. He has expertise in ADHD, anxiety and other impulse disorders. He assists parents in understanding and working with their children’s needs and behaviors. He also works with couples and individuals. Kevin treats families by changing the pattern in which they interact. He believes individuals are resourceful and resilient in their current situation. A goal of individual therapy is to align a person’s thoughts and behavior. Kevin received a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the Alfred Adler Graduate School.

Denise Hein-Bolten

Denise has over 15 years experience with individuals, couples and families. She is a Certified Christian Counselor and has been trained in the Gottman Couples Method of Therapy and also Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Her specialties include couples and communication issues, blended and multi-ethnic families. Denise also is a specialist in women’s issues including eating disorders, depression, anxiety and panic disorders. Denise helps clients create safe environments and develop strong, assertive, respectful and validating voices. As clients desire, she will intertwine sound psychological theory with faith-based therapy. Denise earned her Master’s Degree from Bethel Seminary, St. Paul, MN in Marriage and Family Therapy.

In her practice, Emily utilizes a person centered approach, mindfulness techniques and Art Therapy interventions.  Emily received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy from Adler University in Chicago and her B.A. in Psychology at University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
